I had an above ground screened in porch with a car port below constructed last Spring. I picked out the material I wanted and designed the room with the help of the salesman. Near the end of the construction I changed my mind about the flooring and I asked if could be change it. They were so accommodating. I had to pay extra for the added labor and for the new material but it was worth it. I had a dark IPE hardwood floor installed and it turned out gorgeous. We used the screened in porch all last Summer and we've gotten numerous compliments on what a beautiful addition it has been to our home.
